What is mental health?

Mental health is all about your happiness, sadness, depression, stress, joy which represent your behavior. Defining mental health we always got a mistake that we think mental health and mental health condition are the same. But these terms are different.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO):

“Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to contribute to his or her community.”

Mental health depends on situation it could change sometimes happy sometimes sad sometimes joy sometimes fear. Mental health is related to emotional, psychological and social wellbeing too.

In your entire life you will face different types of mental health problem that situation is called mental health condition. It could be change. There are many reason for change mental health condition.

At last mental health is entire feeling of your life but mental health condition is a single moment or situation in your life.
